Spooky Halloween Sensory Bottles 🕷 ages 1+ 🎃 My boys absolutely love playing with sensory bottles. They are so mesmerizing to watch! Here we put a Halloween twist on it to make it spooky and fun! The bottles are sooooo simple to make and took only about 5 minutes each to put together.
MATERIALS NEEDED (affiliate links):
- Voss plastic water bottles or sensory bottles
- Water
- Elmer’s clear glue
- Halloween party favors ( We used mini erasers, spider rings, pom poms, creepy bugs and witch fingers.)
- Glitter
- Optional: super glue or hot glue gun
Check out the bottles in the below video:
HOW TO MAKE SPOOKY HALLOWEEN SENSORY BOTTLES:
- Fill each bottle with about 80% water and 20% clear glue.
- Then toss in some Halloween party favors. We used mini erasers, spider rings, pom poms, creepy bugs and witch fingers. Really anything you can find will work. I like how some objects float and some sink.
- I chose to make color themed bottles and then I made one large one with lots of colors! Once you add all the fun toys, throw in some glitter, put the lid on and mix.
- Finally, fill the remaining space with water so it’s filled to the top.
- Optional: You can seal the bottle with a hot glue gun or super glue if desired.
That’s it! Now your kids can have hours of mesmerizing, spooky fun with these bottles that should last for a long time. Pack them up after Halloween and bring them out for next year!
