WHAT TO DO:
- Start by placing the 6 pieces of construction paper in rainbow color order.
- Then roll up the paper into a tube shape and place several pieces of tape along the bottom half to secure the roll in place.
- Next use the scissors to cut long strips of “hair” from the top of the tube about 1/3 down the tube. Keep making cuts about 1/4 inch apart all around the tube.
- Finally, use the marker to add a fun face to your colorful tube.
- Now give your child some Fiskars kids scissors and let the rainbow haircuts begin! They can snip, fold, bend and shake their paper “person” to get their perfect hair style and no two will look the same!
