Break the Ice Sight Word Game * ages 2+

When we saw this activity on Raising Kinley (www.raisingkinley.com) I thought it was GENIUS and I added it to our list of things to try immediately! Oliver has been working on learning to read so I knew it was a perfect time! 🤞 Well let me tell you…it was a total hit! I have never seen him have so much fun trying to spell out words. “Don’t Break the Ice” (aff link) is a game that my boys have loved to play for years but we’ve never given it a fun, learning twist before! You could easily adapt to younger kids by doing letters, numbers or even shapes for toddlers. I’m also thinking for my older kids to do multiplication and division math facts!
