Aluminum Foil Surprise * ages 2-4 * Here’s a simple activity for toddlers that is great for developing fine motor skills and encouraging discovery. Start by tearing pieces of aluminum foil into small squares. Then find some small toys (we got these at the Target Dollar Spot) and simply wrap them in the foil pieces. Give them to your toddler and allow them to unwrap and discover what’s inside. The foil provides the perfect resistance and holds the shape of the object so well. Alexander loved this and even tried wrapping the toys back up in the foil at the end. So much fun!
